We want you to love every fragrance you purchase from The House of Sassy. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we have outlined our returns and refund policy below.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, sealed products in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns on opened or used fragrances for hygiene reasons.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@houseofsassy.co.za with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
To initiate a return, email us at hello@thehouseofsassy.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
