Do I need to create an account to order?
No. We offer guest checkout so you can shop instantly without creating an account. Simply add items to your bag, enter your shipping details, and pay. It’s that easy.

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within South Africa takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available at checkout. We ship nationwide.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes. We offer discovery samples starting from just R50. This way you can experience a fragrance before committing to a full bottle. Each perfume listed has 3 different size sample options.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, sealed products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
Why did you rebrand from House of Sassy?
We rebranded to The House of Sassy to better reflect our growth and premium positioning. We will be including our accessories & other clothing apparel. Same passion, same quality, same team — just a more refined identity.
